Corners popped out and diagonal lines sewn across popped out corners to create an angled bottom of the bag. Top perpendicular stitch lines done too to give it a small flat top.

A basic crossbody sling / hip pack / whatever zipper bag.

More Info

Add webbing loops facing in near the zipper, then sew the sides together (make sure your zipper is open so you can turn the bag inside out.)
