Done. Inside patch view. I didn't worry about attaching the lining to the shell here because it's so close to the neckline where it's already attached.
Step 3: Sew on your outside patch (larger than your inside patch.) Done.
Step 2: Put some similar insulated fabric in there. Sew in place through your inside patch (I didn't care about the exposed stitches here.)
