Progress being made on a rolltop backpack. Needs some topstitching to pinch in some areas and make the bag roll up and close easier.

Denver zipper bag. Made from packcloth, with part of the liner in ripstop nylon.
Another zipper bag - been a while since I made one with the zipper at the very edge. Made from packcloth, lined with packcloth because I hate the water repellent feel on the inside of the fabric.
Small black / orange X-Pac zipper bag, with velcro to attach to my backpack straps. Rough topstitching, not super happy with it but it works.

Lightweight packable tote bag made from light ripstop nylon. Packs into its own snap closure stuff sack.
Fixed my Kuhl pants that had a snap button that didn't stay closed. 1/2" webbing with a buckle so I can tighten the pants a bit too. We'll see how long this lasts. Can always cut fabric out and replace with a traditional button and buttonhole.

First bag made with some of the fabric from my Rockywoods X-Pac bargain box. This isn't actually X-Pac but is ECOPAK by Challenge 200D. Reflective fabric for the "PR" patch.

Hat brims are thread ripped from thrift store $1 hats, made the rest.

Another tote bag finished. This one with some 200D Challenge Recycled Bag Cloth (RBC) from Rockywoods and some cotton/nylon camo from an Outdoor Products jacket. Turned out well.

Made another mostly denim / canvas tote bag, this one with some Carhartt pants and jeans. Lined with ripstop nylon.
Denver map added to this Big Dogs denim jacket (added the camo patch last night.) Found the map on a canvas tote bag at the thrift store.
Tote bag made from two pairs of old jeans - classic blue Stetsons and some no-name orange camo.
Levi's Denizen shorts fixed. I messed up the hems on these and they puckered, so I wasn't happy with them and cut them shorter. I then used them for materials and cut out two large D-shaped pieces to make a five-panel cap. So had to patch two big holes with this fun space fabric from a yard sale shirt. They work as basic cutoff shorts now.
Had to patch the knee, and added some fun lettering on these Patagonia pants. Also made them fit much tighter in the legs, they were a super baggy fit but now are more of a standard fit (took in 2.5-3" in most places.)

Patches done on my yard sale 7 For All Mankind jeans. Got these for $1 with tears on both knees and the crotch. Super comfy and broken in, but needed lots of patches, which are now done. Knees are done with Levi's stretch denim.

Black/neon/80s/90s graphics patch to cover up an ugly "Brue Baukol Capital Partners" corporate logo on this Patagonia R1 TechFace jacket / top layer.
Repairs on a free-to-me Patagonia Hyper Puff jacket are done. Patagonia logo on ripstop patch on chest, patch inside left lower pocket, "D" for Denver patch on lower right near zipper, custom zipper pull. Still has a stick-on patch inside the right pocket from the previous owner that I didn't bother to sew over.
Denver Broncos vibes with the repairs on this Patagonia Hyper Puff jacket. Still needs a lot of work.
You can see why mine is mid grade.
Patches on my yard sale 7 For All Mankind jeans. The right side's crotch was completely blown out with a 2" tear, so it got darned and then got an external 100% denim non-stretch patch from some old Levi's jeans. The left side was still somewhat intact but about to fail, so has an internal stretch denim patch from some other Levi's jeans.

Velcro, fabric, webbing, and elastic cord holder for our pup's GPS tracker so we can strap it to her harness.
Just finished up my Rab jeans for now.

3. Added reinforcement panels on inside top of both back pockets and crotch area (denim was failing in these areas from wear)

Love a good triangle patch.
Can't tell if this is a really dumb idea. I could've thread ripped more of this jacket apart and tried to put it back together, so I could apply the letters on a smaller more manageable panel or two.
Or I could hand sew the letters on. Or keep going. So much work, but technically it can be done if I'm patient. And I'm usually not.

Sold my second all-original sewing thing - another zipper bag that has velcro to attach to a Mission Workshop rambler backpack.
Super stiff because it's waxed canvas that I waxed and haven't used. Canvas is from an old work jacket and it'll loosen up over time with use. Especially because it's going to Phoenix.

Timed it. Took 70 minutes to take in about 1.5" at the bottom of each leg of my light purple Patagonia shorts so they're not as baggy of a fit.
Pretty good match for some decorative hemming on these Patagonia pants turned into shorts.
Found an unopened Altra pullover jacket sewing kit at the thrift store. Old school from Boulder, CO. Should be fun.
Working on a fun new jacket. This is the inside of a Berne work jacket - batted insulation stitched in in a diamond pattern. It's too stiff of a jacket, so I'm replacing parts of this liner with something lighter.
First part of the Third Place Threads jacket is done. This will be an upside-down patch on the front.
