Sailrite LS-1
Picked this up used for a really good deal, and am pretty happy with it for the price. Mine is a 2013 model with the speed reducer.
I'd rather have an industrial straight stitch machine for the price of this machine new, but got a really good deal so it's not too bad. It's louder, clunkier, and less smooth than other walking foot machines I've worked with, and at slow speeds the walking foot mechanism binds and doesn't move smoothly. It's also in a portable case and not built into a table, so that's a pain for sewing most things. But nice for moving the machine and stashing it away somewhere.
And it produces pretty good looking stitches in a wide variety of materials. I've sewn 1000d Cordura bags and light fleece beanies on this machine and a lot in between, and it works pretty well.
