Found the frame for $5 at the thrift store, and we have another chair with a similar frame so I figured I could figure out a pattern based on that and sew something up.
It turned out well. I honestly didn't think the first round would work so I didn't bother to use matching thread or anything, but it feels solid and I trust it to hold me.
Sewed up a quick matching stuff sack to hold it.

The fabric is outdoor polyester fabric. Corners have some sort of strong polyester or nylon material (it's from Rocky Woods remnants by the pound so I'm not sure) and 2" Multicam webbing to reinforce the corners and frame contact points.
The main construction is three panels, but looks like four. The vertical seam in the middle of the chair wouldn't be necessary, except that I made the chair slightly too big at first and it would sag and hit the frame just a tiny bit. I pulled in some fabric in the middle, clipped it, and stitched it, then topstitched it, and it now works and doesn't hit the frame.
